Sisters Habitat for Humanity Thrift Store is Now Open to the Public
Shoppers are required to sanitize their hands and wear a face mask before entering. A limited number of shoppers will be allowed in the store at any one time.
Hours of Operation:
Open Monday thru Saturday
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thrift Store Donations are being accepted off-site at 141 W Main Avenue (the old Thrift Store) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. only.
Here’s the drill…
Drive up to the front of the old Thrift Store (next to Angeline’s Bakery). There will be two parking spaces designated for donation drop-offs. If one is open, park there and you will be greeted by a friendly Habitat staff member or volunteer. If the two parking spots are full, come back later! Do not park in any other space to deliver your items. For social distancing, we can only have two donors at once.
We want to maintain COVID safety so we are asking everyone to wear masks and to bring in their own items inside. Sorry, our staff and volunteers are not allowed to carry your items at this time.
Thank you for your donations!
For questions about what donations are accepted please call the Thrift Store at 541-549-1740.
Your donation of clothing, housewares, linens, toys, and holiday items when priced and sold can buy materials and supplies for homes. Habitat for Humanity opened the Thrift Store in 1993 in order to raise funds for the building program and provide low cost goods for families in the area. In the spring of 1997 a new Thrift Store building was completed to meet the growing need for more retail space. As the population grew in Sisters, so did the need for a bigger building to house the increasing number of donations. Sisters Habitat for Humanity purchased the former Sisters Drug & Gift building on Cascade and moved its Thrift Store to the new location in April 2019.
